PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Refurbishment of existing Laser Lab.

The works were to refurbish the existing Laser Labs to provide new services, decoration, plasterboard linings and new Laboratory furniture. These works were carried out within a live environment ensuring minimal disruption to the existing building users. All works were completed on time and within Budget.

KEY CHALLENGES

Working within a live building. Co-ordination of new to existing services. Ensuring the bespoke Lab furniture was procured and installed in line with programme requirements.

Using our experience of working within live buildings. Open policy with regards to costs.
